I have kids who head out the door for school early in the morning, and they request my help to put together some easy make-ahead breakfasts. I'm thankful they are old enough now to get their own breakfast in the morning. Here are those ideas plus a few more!
- breakfast burritos (hint: roast some cubed potatoes with my Creole seasoning to add to the burritos)
- zucchini muffins
- yogurt with fruit and granola
- protein bites
- frozen smoothie packs (sliced fruit, yogurt cubes, and maybe even some leafy greens)
- frozen homemade pancakes, waffles, and French Toast
- omelets baked in muffin cups and frozen
- ....and there's nothing wrong with a bowl of healthy cereal and milk!
